We’re hiring experienced Patient Services Representatives (PSR) for Beverly Hills, CA (90211).

Patient Services Representative – Day
Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90211
Shift: 5x8 hrs, Day shifts between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Pay: $22.00/hr + OT & holiday pay
Contract: 13 Weeks | High chance of extension

Details:

Outpatient clinic setting
Front desk and administrative support role
Patient check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, referrals & authorizations
What they are looking for (must-have):
At least 1 year of recent experience in a medical office or outpatient clinic
Knowledge of medical insurance, referrals, and benefit plans
Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions (both written and spoken)
Requirements:

1+ year recent experience in outpatient clinic or medical office
Knowledge of medical insurance, referrals, and benefit plans
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:

2+ years’ experience as a PSR
Epic experience
Familiarity with medical terminology

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
