Rabobank’s Operations Payments & Processing team is part of the COO Domain’s Operations area & plays a vital role in delivering smooth, reliable payment experiences for our clients. We are looking for two proactive & detail-oriented Payments Officers to join our Sydney-based team. You’ll enjoy a hybrid work model, combining office & home flexibility. This role reports to the Team Leader, Payments.

Top Role Accountabilities:
As a Payments Officer, you will be ensuring every transaction is accurate, timely, & compliant. Your day will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service & building trusted relationships
Processing a variety of transactions - from automatic payments to deposit setups & interest adjustments
Investigating & resolving payment queries
Reviewing data sets & reconciling accounts
Collaborating in team meetings & contributing ideas to improve processes
Learning new systems & supporting cross-training initiatives
Performing other duties as needed to keep things running smoothly
