Come join our growing Group Finance team in our Mumbai Centre of Excellence (CENX)! The role reportsto the Payroll Accounting Manager, who is based in Mumbai. This role will have global payroll exposure in terms of assisting transition of payroll from a regional team to Global Payroll Team. The role is exciting and visible as this Team will set a standard Global Payroll Process in CENX Mumbai.
Job Description
• Knowledge of Payroll processing for Global Countries
• Input monthly payroll data and update accurately in payroll system as per monthly payroll calendar and agreed cut off times
• To check and validate HR Data received for further inputs.
• Checking the accurate calculation of employees Gross to Net Pay. Ensuring to know how the payroll system achieved the result.
• Dealing with employee’s queries within the agreed timelines
• To maintain an effective work relationship with HR, Finance, External Stakeholders.
• Reconciliation of the payroll data and preferred knowledge of Global countries local regulations
• Working with Global stakeholders with regards to expenses and headcounts
• Must have excellent English language skills (Verbal and written communication) and must be open to work in UK Shift.
• Preferred with knowledge of journal entries and payroll accounting records and month end activities.

• Finance and Accounts qualification (Graduates/Post-Graduates) with 5 or more years of experience
• Understanding of end to end Payroll Accounting Process
• Experienced on managing Internal/External Stakeholder
• Preferred with Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite
