About this opportunity:
2 person job share of the Accounts Payable and Payroll Position. 21 hours and 3 days minimum per week with Friday mandatory. Hours and days flexible to suit the role and your availability!
Reporting to the CFO, this is a great opportunity to join our friendly and supportive Finance team providing customer-focused Payroll and Accounts Payable expertise. A typical day in this role will include:
Managing inbound supplier invoices, matching and vouchering to approved purchase orders.
Arranging accurate and timely domestic and international payments using our paperless ERP system.
Reconciling supplier and bank statements.
Managing the automated workshop job time tracking system.
Perform weekly payroll for all 75 Employees
Ad hoc tasks assisting the CFO, Accountant and Senior Managers.
Do you have the following skills, experience & attributes?
As a progressive Commercial team, we seek a energetic team members with a friendly, can - do attitude, focused on getting the details right, first time.
Strong prior experience in Payroll and Accounts Payable is essential, with office administration roles also considered.
Certificate IV (or higher) qualifications in business would be highly regarded.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, very strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office. Exposure to modern ERP systems (such as SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle) will be highly regarded.
