Portfolio Payroll are currently recruiting for a boutique accountancy firm located in North London who are looking for an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their team.

Duties
• Payroll run - weekly/Monthly payroll for a portfolio of clients.
• Pension administration
• Reconciliation of payroll and accounts.
• Payroll processing: Downloading, checking, and attaching payslips, dealing with queries, sending, and following up for approvals, and posting.
• Monitoring and dealing with payroll mailbox.
• Posting of payroll to the accounting program were instructed.
• Liaising with colleagues/third parties for accounts-relevant matters...
• Assisting with the compilation of data for month-end payroll/ yearly p60s.
• Ad hoc assistance as requested by the managers.
• Miscellaneous tasks as appeared.

Experience required
• Experience in Accountancy or bureau processing multiple clients payrolls
• Self-motivated and reliable who is eager to progress.
• Technically efficient in Payroll and processing
• A positive attitude with good attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with internal and external clients.
