Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, audits, and ensure the accurate and timely disbursement of salaries. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related queries and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete payroll processing cycle in coordination with the Finance and HR teams.
Ensure strict compliance with all statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
Handle internal and external audits related to payroll, along with payroll reconciliations and MIS/reporting.
Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and statutory deductions.
Drive process improvements and support the automation of payroll function.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or Human Resources.
4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in payroll management.
Proficient in payroll software such as Zing HR, Megasoft, and SAP.
Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
