Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking a talented individual to join us as a Remote Payroll Supervisor.
Position : Payroll Supervisor
Location : Remote (based in India)
Employment Type : Full-time
Responsibilities :
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for our UK-based clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations, tax requirements, and other statutory obligations.
• Conduct thorough payroll reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and address any payroll-related issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in UK payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to address payroll queries and provide expert advice on payroll matters.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, benefits, deductions, and taxes.
• Generate comprehensive payroll reports and perform data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Payroll Supervisor or similar role with a focus on UK payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax regulations, and employment laws.
• Strong proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll information.
