JD - Finance Manager / Senior Manager
Paytail is a fintech organisation enabling instant digital finance and easy EMIs across millions of merchants all over the country so as to help the consumers to take their favourite products home with affordability and convenience.
Paytail is revolutionising the offline commerce by enabling instant paperless EMI's to consumers as well as transforming the selling experience of the merchants through scalable technology solution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Preparing Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account on monthly basis as per IGAAP/IND AS
• Responsible for accurate recording and processing of daily accounting entries/transactions in ERP
• Identifying accounting transactions for automation and getting the same automated from Tech Team
• Conducting Variance analysis
• Ensuring Direct and Indirect tax Compliances like GST, TDS etc.
• Ensuring Compliances applicable to Legal Entity
• Preparing SOP Standard Operating Procedures for processes like Revenue and AR Reconciliation, Vendor Payments, Operating Expenses, Payroll Processing, Employee Reimbursements, Bank Reconciliation
• Preparing SOP Standard Operating Procedures for processes like Revenue and AR Reconciliation, Vendor Payments, Operating Expenses, Payroll Processing, Employee Reimbursements, Bank Reconciliation
• Ensuring Statutory Audits and Internal Audits are completed effectively by Big Developing and implementing accounting policies
• Ensuring Statutory Audits and Internal Audits are completed effectively by Big Developing and implementing accounting policies
• Drive day to day Finance Function
Skills Required:
• CA with 25 years of Experience, preferably from Statutory Audit in Big 4 or Statutory Audit in Big 4 + Startups / Good Industries
• Expert knowledge in MS-Office (xls, macro etc)
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
• Strong analytical skills
