Responsibilities
Outbound and inbound service calls
Drafting emails and text messages
Potential for cross-selling current customers
Maintaining relationships with clients

Requirements
At least 1 years of prior insurance service experience
Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license
Have a stable and reliable internet connection
A thorough understanding of technology
Good time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A passion for success
