About the position
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated People Advisor to join our team at Bond. Reporting to the People Business Partner, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in HR by:
Supporting Faculties and Offices to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored IR/ER solutions and advice.
Ensuring compliance with university policies and legislative regulations.
Assisting with performance appraisal, probation and performance management processes to drive employee development and growth.
Supporting recruitment processes to include advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and talent management,
Contributing to a wide suite of other HR administrative tasks and employee engagement initiatives, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
About the person
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 3 years relevant experience, a strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations as well as the proven ability to interpret policy and provide sound IR/ER advice. They will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience in operating HRIS and Payroll systems.
Salary details
The salary for the position commences at $80,787.14 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
