Job Purpose and Impact
The Human Resources Analyst II will analyze future workforce, identify potential shortfalls, and craft interventions to fill gaps. Incumbent of this role will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on data to generate insights and information to build accurate predictive forecasting to enable HR make data driven decisions.
Key Accountabilities
• Prepare analyses on workforce, performance, talent, recruitment, and other HR domains with the help of BI tools.
• Work with human resources information systems to ensure data integrity and perform trend analyses on turnover, recruiting, talent management and staffing etc.
• Present demographic profiles, turnover ratios, etc. to stakeholders.
• With general direction, make recommendations that have an impact on the business over the short term.
• Apply and integrate predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop operational insights for workforce decision making.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues using analytical tools like Python, R, while escalating more complex issues to concerned stakeholders.
• Own and monitor proper data quality of critical data points.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of overall experience
• At least, two years of experience in analytics with tools like MS Excel, BI, Python or R. Preferably People analytics experience
PREFERRED Requirements
• Master's degree or other post-secondary degree
• Certification from a registered institute on Data analytics/ML/AI is preferred
• Experience in Success factors, Big data, Cloud architecture, relational databases is preferred
