About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Coordinator / Administrator to join our People & Culture team in our Sydney CBD office.
This is a part-time position (3 full days per week, office-based) and is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a structured, operational environment and enjoys being the engine room behind a high-performing People function.
You will play a critical role in supporting the full employee lifecycle — ensuring HR processes run smoothly, systems remain accurate, compliance requirements are met, and employees receive timely, professional support.
You will work closely with the Head of People & Culture, HR Business Partners, and Advisors, contributing to both day-to-day operations and broader people initiatives that drive organisational impact.

What you’ll do
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding to ensure new employees are set up for success from day one
Manage offboarding processes including documentation, system updates, equipment returns, and internal communications
Prepare employment documentation including probation outcomes, salary reviews, promotions, contract variations, and employment confirmation letters
Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring high levels of data integrity and accuracy
Liaise with Payroll to support accurate and timely processing of employee changes
Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee queries professionally and promptly
Process corporate card transactions and manage HR-related expenses
What we’d love to see?
Experience in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or similar corporate administrative role
Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
Experience handling documentation, data entry, and reporting
Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
Confidence using Office 365 and collaboration tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
A plus, if you have…
Experience within a People & Culture / HR team
Exposure to a technology or managed services environment
Experience using HRIS systems
Advanced Excel capability
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
WHS certifications or exposure
