About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Talent Coordinator to join our People team. This role is pivotal in supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process, managing HR administration, and responding to day-to-day HR enquiries. You’ll play a key part in ensuring a positive experience for candidates and employees while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment support, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and maintain employee records in HR systems.
Respond to basic HR enquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
Assist with HR processes such as probation reviews, contract variations, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
About You
Previous experience in HR or recruitment coordination roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
