Te Tūranga | About the role
As a People Business Partner, you will provide strategic and pro-active operational Human Resources (HR) support and expertise to the organisation.
Some of the key outcomes and focus areas for this role will be:
A trusted partner to the organisation.
Ensure that advice and guidance is sort out and valued by People Leaders.
Coach and develop People Leaders, lifting their leadership capability.
Cultivating relationships that are trusted, sustainable and effective.
Ngā Pukenga | What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
A tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
Demonstrated ability to work with the business to effectively execute business strategy
Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to influence across all levels of the Organisation
Clear and effective communication both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex information and get the message to land
Calm and patient demeanour, yet dynamic and agile in your approach to work.
This role sits in a highly sensitive part of the organisation and its imperative that this person can apply discretion and uphold confidentiality.
