Imre is looking for a passionate, organized, detail-oriented, and hard-working People Coordinator. As a member of a small, tight-knit team, this position will have opportunities to work with the People Department.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Schedule interviews and initiate background checks
Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities
Maintain the HRIS system and employee documents
Manage I-9's to ensure that all documents are compliant and up to date
Perform various administrative duties as required
Assist in the set-up of temporary employees
Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Support performance review and training processes
Support benefits administration, including enrollments, inquiries, changes, and terminations
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and direct them appropriately
Prepare HR reports, documentation, and assist with audits as needed
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Internship experience in a professional environment
Work requires a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong work ethic and service mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to professionally handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion

Salary: $45,000-$55,000/annually plus overtime
