About the Role:
Join a small dynamic team of Business Partners providing a broad range of People and Culture supports to a port-folio of internal clients across Melbourne Polytechnic. This full time, ongoing position is highly valued by Melbourne Polytechnic assessing and anticipating HR related needs, and through collaborative partnerships across the organisation, deliver value-added service to management and employees in line with creating a positive employee experience and assisting in establishing a positive workforce culture.
This position is ideally suited to a formally qualified HR professional with experience across a broad range of HR functions. As a key interface between People & Culture and internal clients, strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of customer service excellence is essential.
