✅ Can handle multiple projects, client communication, and support facilitation of workshops or internal events
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate with project leads to deliver people-first, data-backed solutions
• Manage and analyze engagement survey data and other feedback mechanisms
• Build compelling reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint
• Contribute to client projects focused on improving workplace culture
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met consistently
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in HR consulting, employee engagement, or OD
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting
• Bonus if you’ve worked on Great Place to Work® or similar survey frameworks
