Job Description
This fixed term, part time opportunity would suit someone with a background in Administration, especially working within People and Culture/Human Resources. This position is 32hrs per week, ending October 2026.
You'll bring your excellent organisational and time management skills, and have the ability to build great relationships with members of the council and customers within the local shire area during the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high level administration support services to the P & C department which includes Human Resources, and HR information system management.
Administer and oversee the HR information management system including, all data management and workflows, and troubleshooting errors.
Identify, build and monitor system development for the HR information management system including form building, workflows, and module development.
Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external clients on a regular basis, and proactively respond to requests and enquiries. This includes being the first point of contact for staff and providing basic advice on department enquiries and escalate as needed.
Coordinate the recruitment process from start to end, including liaising with managers and external stakeholders, preparing recruitment documents, organising recruitment schedules, and drafting and placing advertisements.
