Your Role:
The People Experience Program Manager will be responsible for creating an exceptional employee experience by implementing innovative initiatives, and virtual engagement strategies, and fostering a sense of belonging among our employees. This role requires a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage various programs and initiatives across our organization.
Your Impact:
• Virtual Employee Engagement: Develop and execute engaging virtual events, activities, and initiatives that promote employee connection, motivation, and well-being.
• Swag Management: Oversee the design, production, and distribution of company swag items to enhance employee pride and engagement.
• Community Building: Establish and nurture employee communities based on common interests, professional development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Employee Recognition: Develop and implement programs to recognize and appreciate employee achievements, milestones, and contributions.
• Internal Communication: Collaborate with the communications team to develop effective internal communication strategies, including newsletters, announcements, and employee forums.
• Feedback Collection: Create mechanisms to gather employee feedback, opinions, and suggestions for continuous improvement and engagement enhancement.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyze relevant metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of people experience programs and initiatives.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors for swag production, event planning, and other related services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Your Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in employee engagement, community management, or similar roles.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of virtual event platforms and digital collaboration tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative ideas.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret employee engagement metrics.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with global culture and community is a plus
