Job Description
Become a key player within our company as a People & Leadership Business Partner across the Laser, Smith&Smith and Exceed brands.
Reporting to our People & Leadership Director, this role is responsible for developing partnerships across the business to deliver value added service to management and team members that support the business objectives. This role is integral in leading and embedding our strategic approach to build organisational performance and capability With a strong emphasis on building effective working relationships, influencing and challenging where needed and seeing the big picture of driving performance and overall culture of the organisation.
Qualities and attributes we’re looking for:
Proven HR experience in NZ
Sound understanding and knowledge of NZ Employment Laws
Proven experience in ER and performance issue management
Strong organisation skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, warm, approachable and supportive personality
Experience in leading training, facilitating workshops and mediation
Ability to influence and challenge in a respectful manner
Personal integrity, sound judgement and ability to handle data with confidentiality
Team player, enjoy working with a close collaborative fun team.
