Job Description
Support employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits and company policies. Keep track of and analyze HR metrics. Onboard new employees and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech.
Responsibilities:
• Support the team in ensuring a great employee and candidate experience at all times and support in all People Operations & Administration activities.
• Support the HR team in onboarding formalities for new joiners
• Handle employee queries and nurturing a positive working environment
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of general human resources policies and practices
• Aptitude in problem-solving
