Big.Jobs is an AI-enabled SaaS recruitment orchestration platform that oversees the end-to-end hiring operations of companies across all recruitment channels, driving the process to create a fantastic hiring experience for both companies and candidates.
Our team comprises engineers and data scientists from prestigious institutions such as IIT Delhi and IIM Calcutta. We are supported by prominent investors like Antler and Top Angels. Our clientele consists of emerging high-growth startups from around the globe.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the talent operations team to streamline candidate screening processes.
• Conduct a targeted range of 60-70 phone screenings daily, adhering to established recruitment procedures.
• Assess and evaluate candidates' skills and key responsibilities effectively.
• Regularly update and maintain the candidate database, generating insightful reports as needed.
• Ensure the timely delivery of profiles featuring high-quality candidates within specified TAT.
• Methodically evaluate job applicants against the shared job description criteria.
• Document and report task statuses on ATS, providing constructive feedback to Talent Managers as required.
Requirements
• Available immediately for a work-from-home internship for a duration of 3 months.
• Possess relevant skills and interests.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls.
• Ability to effectively evaluate candidates.
• Capable of working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Understanding of the recruitment process.
