Job title: People & Performance Business Partner

Location: Hybrid - connected to the Peterborough Head Office

Are you a HR Business Partner looking for a new opportunity to start immediately? Are you looking to gain experience in a forward thinking and growing business?

We are recruiting a People & Performance Business Partner on a 6 months fixed-term contract to support the business growth, the Agri Central function is essential for contributing to our business success. This position will support key functional areas, including Finance, IT, and Responsibility. You will empower teams to innovate and excel in an ever-evolving environment, whilst ensuring BAU is maintained.

What You'll Do
• Partner with business leads and managers to ensure teams are structured, resourced, and skilled, while providing HR guidance, supporting organisational changes, ensuring legal compliance, and collaborating on wider People & Performance initiatives.
• Coach and support managers in talent development, succession planning, recruitment, and employee relations to increase performance and growth.
• Utilise HR systems to ensure reporting is accurate and data integrity is maintained. Interpret and present data effectively to encourage business decisions.

What You'll Bring
• Relevant HR qualification, or experience.
• Full generalist HR knowledge across resourcing, talent management/succession planning, change management; employee relations & employment law and good HR practices required.
• Effective interpersonal/communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships/networks at all levels quickly and encourage stakeholders.
• Change management and people management skills.
• Organisational and planning skills.
• Innovative thinker.
