About the People Systems & Technology Team at RMH
The People Systems & Technology team supports the organisation’s core people systems, and the workforce processes they enable — including recruitment, onboarding, job changes, compliance and reporting. The team works closely with People & Culture operational teams, payroll, digital/IT teams and operational leaders to ensure systems remain stable, well-governed, and easy to use. We focus on practical improvements that reduce friction for managers and staff while supporting data quality and compliance.
Your new role
In this role you will be the go-to specialist for workforce learning and adoption for people systems. You’ll design and deliver training, create learning content, keep guidance current, and support change adoption through system enhancements and scheduled upgrades.
Develop and deliver a structured training program for managers, staff and workforce support teams (onboarding and refresher pathways).
Create clear learning resources (quick reference guides, step-by-step “how to” content, short videos and eLearning modules) and keep them up to date.
Maintain and publish people systems guidance on intranet pages and agreed knowledge channels.
Support change adoption by producing targeted learning packs and communications for system enhancements and scheduled platform releases.
Your Impact
To be successful, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience delivering training for enterprise systems (human resources and/or learning systems highly regarded).
Strong written communication skills and the ability to translate complex processes into practical, easy-to-follow guidance.
Confident facilitation style, able to engage groups with mixed digital capability.
Highly organised and able to manage competing deadlines (including system release cycles and operational priorities).
