Job Description
As a PeopleSoft HCM and Financials Professional at LTIMindtree, you will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of our PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, Financials, and SCM systems.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to work on various assignments and ensure the smooth operation of our PeopleSoft system. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in full lifecycle activities, including SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), enhancements, customizations, interfaces, and queries using PeopleTools.
Main Responsibilities:
• Work on various assignments to ensure the smooth operation of our PeopleSoft system.
• Be involved in full lifecycle activities, including SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), enhancements, customizations, interfaces, and queries using PeopleTools.
• Assist with defining requirements and completing coding for new, complex systems.
• Maintain high-quality testing standards to ensure efficient and thorough testing.
Key Requirements:
• Excellent understanding of PS Financials, AR, AP, GL, AM, PO, ePRO, and Cash Management Modules.
• Strong knowledge of business processes required for each module.
• Ability to maintain documentation and ensure team adherence to documentation standards as required by our standard process and designated auditable items.
