Job Description
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of performance and attribution reports to internal stakeholders.
• Review fund and benchmark returns, attribution results, and asset-level performance.
• Respond to performance-related queries from fund managers, client portfolio teams, and sales functions.
• Support transition activities including fund onboarding, asset transfers, and closures.
• Maintain GIPS® composites and ensure compliance with firm-wide performance standards.
Requirements –
• 2–5 years of experience in performance, attribution, or risk analytics roles within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• CIPM or CFA preferred (or currently pursuing).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as FactSet (B-One, SPAR, PA), Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg, or Aladdin.
• Strong Excel skills with knowledge of Power Query or SQL preferred.
