As part of our growth journey, we’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can help us generate quality leads, scale campaigns, and drive consistent ROI across digital platforms.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI and ROAS
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences
• Monitor daily performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and optimize accordingly
• Track and analyse campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, etc.
• Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives and copies
• Identify growth opportunities through audience research and competitor analysis
• Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the team
• Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and event setups correctly.
✅ Requirements
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization
• Good understanding of funnels, lead generation, and conversion tracking
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and basic tracking setups
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
🌟 Nice to Have
• Experience in B2B or SaaS lead generation
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO
• Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing
• Google Ads / Meta certifications (a plus)
