Job Description
We’re looking for a performance-driven marketer who can manage the full lead-to-conversion ecosystem for our clients — from paid ads to WhatsApp automation and CRM workflows. The focus is simple: generate quality leads and turn them into revenue.
What You’ll Do
Plan, run, and scale Meta & Google Ads
Optimize campaigns for qualified leads and ROAS
Build and improve lead funnels and landing flows
Set up WhatsApp automation and nurturing sequences
Integrate and manage CRM pipelines
Track CPL, CAC, and funnel performance
Continuously test and improve campaigns
Must-Have
Hands-on Meta & Google Ads experience
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
Experience with WhatsApp automation tools
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot / Zoho etc.)
Data-driven mindset
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: ₹12,002.39 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
Work Location: Remote
