Define paid marketing strategy for Search, display & Social
● Manage daily operations of search, display & social media to drive customer acquisition
● In-depth understanding of Google/Facebook platforms – various types of campaigns
and objectives, ability to understand what campaign suits better as per business
objectives, defining the target audience and key aspects associated to drive efficacy
● Provide hands-on optimization of ad campaigns across all marketing channels
● Monitoring of budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics of campaigns
● Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights to define strategy
and optimization.
● Build strategies and tactical approaches learning through user behaviour and analytics
● Work closely with the other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met.
● Proactively identify new channels and opportunities to drive efficacy for business
● Devise A/B tests to drive continuous optimization, bringing learnings into future
campaign activities.
● Create weekly and monthly reporting of KPI’s
Must Have
● 2 - 3 years of experience of executing paid marketing campaigns
● Hands-on experience working on multiple digital advertising platforms, with deep
expertise in Google Ads & LinkedIn marketing
