Job Description
The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth. They will be responsible for managing digital marketing channels, such as paid search, paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
Responsibilities :
• Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to meet business goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better results.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention through performance marketing initiatives.
• Manage relationships with key vendors, such as media agencies and technology partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to execute campaigns.
• Develop and implement testing plans to continuously improve campaign performance and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and technologies in performance marketing.
Requirements :
• 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, such as paid search, paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
• Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
