About the Role
We seek a performance marketer who has good expertise in Google Ads and SEO and can generate a steady flow of leads and ROI. Although Google will be the main channel, hands-on experience in Meta Ads is preferrable to facilitate multi-channel performance.
Responsibilities
Plan and run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) as the major growth channel.
Design and implement SEO (technical, on-page and off-page) to support organic growth in the long run.
Sponsor and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to remarketing and other lead generation.
Construct and operate complete-funnel plans (cold traffic/retargeting/ conversion)
Conduct a keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent planning.
Data-driven continuous performance analysis and optimization of campaigns.
Enhance the ranking of websites, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
Collaborate with content and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives and SEO content.
Set up and manage tracking (Google Analytics, Search Console, pixels, UTMs, conversions)
Design systematic testing strategies to expand campaigns effectively.
Have weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements
Good practical knowledge of Google Ads (need, first priority)
Strong understanding of SEO (technical + on-page + off-page)
Good working knowledge of Meta Ads (secondary but important)
Good knowledge of key word strategy, bidding and campaign optimization.
Conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools experience.
Analytical skills and data-driven mentality.
Create leads and ROIs to service-oriented businesses.
Preferred
Have experience working with AI tools in ad creatives and workflows related to SEO.
Capability to handle funnels of end-to-end performance.
Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
