Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Engineer with experience in k6 to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and execute performance test scripts using k6.
Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for performance improvements.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
Monitor application performance and provide insights into system behavior under load.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results.
Participate in root cause analysis for performance-related issues.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in performance testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in performance testing, with a focus on k6.
Proficiency in scripting and automation for performance testing.
Strong understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTTP, REST, WebSockets).
Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
