About Us:Shaffico is seeking a reliable Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our finance and office operations.
Key Duties:
Maintain accounting records using Xero
Perform data entry into accounting and office software
Prepare and manage documents in Microsoft Excel and Word
Handle phone calls, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Travel for business trips and meetings as required
General administrative support and filing
Requirements:
Proficient with Xero accounting software
Strong computer skills and comfortable with data entry
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Willingness to travel for business
Good communication and telephone manners
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $53,090.38 per year
