About the role


This is a full-time Personal Assistant role based in Adelaide, supporting two Principals within the Taxation & Business Advisory team at Count Adelaide. As a key member of the office support team, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational assistance to the Principals to ensure the smooth running of the office.



What you'll be doing

Handling incoming communications, including phone calls, emails and correspondence, and prioritising tasks accordingly;
Providing customer service support to clients;
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents;
Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems;
Providing general office support as required including relief reception duties;
Developing productive working relationships with key internal contacts;
Conduct client billing, time recording and reporting;
Other adhoc duties as required.


What we're looking for

This role will suit a candidate with previous Personal Assistant experience, who is motivated and a self starter.

In addition, you will possess the following attributes:

Experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in an accounting practice or professional services environment
Outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Ability to follow set procedures in a fast-paced multiple transaction environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care
A proactive, flexible and solutions-oriented approach to your work
A strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with internal stakeholders.
