Status: Permanent Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Salary: $86,575.89 - $99,562.28 per annum + 12% superannuation
Randwick City Council are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic person to provide day-to-day organisation and support to the Manager Strategic Planning and broader team and legal administration support to Council’s Legal Counsel.

Things you will do:
Provide administrative and organisation support to the Manager including the Strategic Planning section and business unit commitments
Provide administrative support to Council’s Legal Counsel, particularly in relation to preparation and management of Land and Environment Court cases
Support the manager with research and reporting
Prepare agendas, minutes and action lists from internal committees and other meetings as required by the Manager
Delegated and following up matters to ensure that appropriate priority is given to responses and actions
Manage service provider forums and business unit programs, as required.
