We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for clients who have suffered personal injuries and committed to providing them with high-quality legal representation. This position requires a deep understanding of personal injury law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities
• Represent clients who have suffered personal injuries in legal proceedings.
• Conduct thorough case investigations to uncover all relevant facts and evidence.
• Draft and file legal documents necessary for personal injury cases, including complaints, pleadings, and motions.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies to ensure clients receive fair compensation.
• Prepare and present cases for trial, including selecting jurors, arguing motions, meeting with judges, and presenting evidence.
• Conduct and defend depositions, interrogatories, and document production requests.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases.
• Collaborate with legal staff to manage case schedules, deadlines, and documentation.
• Stay updated on current legislation and case law related to personal injury.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
• Proven litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve cases favorably.
• Excellent legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
• Experience managing a high-volume case load, with strong organizational and case management skills.
• Trial experience, with a track record of success in the courtroom.
• Experience conducting and defending depositions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
