We provide the highest quality legal representation to our clients. The Firm serves clients throughout the State of California with offices located in Glendale, Bakersfield, Riverside, and Sacramento.

Job Details
We are hiring a personal injury litigation associate who will primarily responsible to litigate cases from inception through trial.
Negotiation of pre-litigation and litigation settlements against insurance companies and defense counsel;
Litigate personal injury cases from the inception of filing complaints, discovery, until resolution;
Drafting and propounding discovery;
Taking and defending depositions;
Drafting pleadings and law and motion;
Court appearances;
Legal writing and research;
Customer service with clients;
Pre-trial motions in limine; trial prep; and chairing trials;
Reviewing cases for settlement;
Drafting settlement demands;
Corresponding with insurance companies and defense counsel.
CA Bar License (Required)
Litigation 1-3+ years (Preferred)
Strong Personal Injury Knowledge
