Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the treatment phase throughout all of our cases, with the support of one of the firm partners. This candidate shall be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
Client Communication and Compliance: Ensure reliable and consistent updates are provided on each file. Establish trust and connections with clients. Follow up routinely to ensure that the clients comply with treatment. Address client questions/concerns throughout the Pre-Litigation process.
Insurance Communication: Provide updates to insurance carriers as requested by either email, phone or letter.
Provider Communication: Provide updates to medical providers as requested by either email or phone. Prepare and send Letters of Protection (LOPs) as requested. Make informed decisions on next steps for each file with the help of the Senior Paralegal/Office Manager.
Additional Duties: The employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Experience
Personal Injury Law Firm: 1 year (Preferred)
Case Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
