Job Description
A growing, multi-location personal injury organization is seeking an experienced Case Manager to support high-volume pre-litigation operations and drive efficient case progression from treatment to resolution. This role requires strong organizational discipline, medical coordination experience, and the ability to manage complex workflows while maintaining consistent communication across internal teams and external partners.This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with long-term growth potential.
What You Will Do
Manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and turnaround expectations
Coordinate medical treatment workflows, referrals, authorizations, and follow-ups with providers
Serve as the primary operational point of contact between internal teams and external medical partners
Review and summarize medical records, imaging reports, and treatment documentation for case evaluation
Maintain clean, timely documentation within CRM and case management systems
Track deadlines, follow-ups, and escalation points to prevent case stagnation
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, medical, and operations teams to move files efficiently through each phase
Support onboarding and workflow consistency for junior team members as needed
Perform additional operational duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of Personal Injury experience in pre-litigation case management or medical management
Proven experience with high liability limit cases $500k and above
Proven ability to manage large caseloads in high-throughput environments
Strong understanding of PI medical treatment workflows (surgical, TBI, Catastrophic and non-surgical)
Hands-on experience with CRM or case management platforms
Comfortable operating in metrics-driven, fast-paced environments
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Strong technical proficiency
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
