We are seeking a skilled and successful personal injury attorney to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent credentials, a passion for helping people, and a minimum of 2 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial case experience.
Your Role
You will handle case files from start to finish, working closely with our team of professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. If you can handle a high-volume caseload and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
Case Management: Document and update the status of all case files in our case management system, ensuring seamless communication among team members.
Team Leadership: Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretaries to achieve maximum efficiency.
Litigation Support: Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents to support our clients' cases.
Negotiation and Settlement: Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on behalf of our clients when appropriate, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
Client Advice: Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide informed legal advice to prospective clients.
Qualifications
State License: State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory.
Key Skills: Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred, as well as proficiency in computers.
