Our rapidly growing Plaintiff and Case Expense financing company is seeking a full-time, personal injury savvy, and high-energy team member.

Being the first contact with clients at Capital Financing is unlike any law firm experience. The rapid-fire calls and emails, new callers every day, and skills to properly do a financing intake are all part of this unique position.
Taking an effective intake or loan origination is a talent and due to its unique approach, we need to hire someone who is trainable and wants to learn new roles in a company. But we won't stop there if you want to learn more. Still using your personal injury knowledge and attention to detail, we’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate team.

Compensation:
$50,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
• Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner
• Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth
• Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base
• Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files
• Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency
Qualifications:
• Previous legal experience a plus
• CRM and case management software experience a plus
• Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
