Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of personal injury lawsuits
Manage all aspects of the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, maintaining discovery calendars, and organizing discovery materials
Conduct legal research and factual investigation to support case preparation
Coordinate and manage document production, including e-filing and maintaining case files
Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible and up-to-date
