Position Title: Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive (3-5 Years PQE)

My client is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5 years PQE to manage a mixed caseload of personal injury matters. The role offers the opportunity to handle cases on both the Fast Track and Intermediate Track, with potential to work on Multi Track cases for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of Employer’s Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and some Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims
• Handle cases on the Fast Track, with opportunities for Intermediate and Multi Track work
• Use a case management system to effectively prioritise a high-volume caseload
• Engage with the MOJ portals for personal injury claims
• Collaborate within a team and work independently when required
Requirements
• 3-5 years PQE with a proven track record in personal injury litigation
• Experience handling EL, PL, and RTA cases, with a focus on Fast Track claims
• Familiarity with the MOJ portals and personal injury processes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using case management systems and managing a busy caseload
