As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our personal loan business. • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing regular performance feedback and coaching.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
