Handled multiple companies & books of accounts,
• Managed accounts payables, receivables, collections and bank reconciliation team
• Implementing transformational ideas in line with value creation to the client. Implementing Risk mitigation & compliance measures
• Worked as the part of the team for developing the COE
• Establish strategy plan and implements the short- and long-term operational objectives for achieving a Win-Win situation for, Intercompany, Fixed Assets and GL.
• Suggesting and driving upselling projects to the clients for additional revenue - taking cutover data and baselining data as base.
• Ensuring better visibility and value add to the client by going through the processes suggested in the key reports across ERPs
• Facilitating operational and executive level business reviews focusing on program alignment, operational compliance, resource development needs and partner growth opportunities. Measuring Supplier Risk and Sustainability
Qualification - CA with IFRS knowledge,
Minimum 14 years of Worked in BPO OR Shared Services Heading Finance & Accounts
