Key Responsibilities
Instructional Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver accountancy lessons for higher secondary students according to the school's curriculum and educational standards.
Curriculum Development: Develop and update curriculum materials and instructional strategies that meet the needs of diverse learners in accountancy.
Student Assessment: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress in accountancy. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
Classroom Management: Create and maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that supports learning and respects student diversity.
Student Support: Identify and support students with varying academic abilities and learning needs in accountancy. Provide additional assistance to students as needed.
Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians about student progress, classroom activities, and any concerns related to accountancy.
Professional Development: Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest educational practices and developments in accountancy education.
Technology Integration: Incorporate educational technology into accountancy lessons to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Extracurricular Activities: Encourage and participate in extracurricular activities, such as commerce clubs, competitions, and school events related to accountancy.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, including participating in departmental meetings, planning sessions, and school committees.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and educational standards. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance in accountancy.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a teaching credential is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
