Job Description
Whilst the remit is ‘generalist’, the core focus is on employee relations. The hire will take ownership of all ER tasks for the firm’s London office – a huge responsibility for a new hire to manage all ER initiatives, issues and be the main point of contact for employee relations in the London HR team. The remit will cover Employee Relations Case Management, Investigations, Policy & Governance, performance and ER reporting.
The ideal candidate should have roughly 8-15yrs experience in HR. A strong specialism in ‘employee relations’ is a pre-requisite. The preference is for candidates currently working in the hedge fund space / financial services, but there is flexibility to look outside of this.
The role is targeted to pay a £100-140k base salary. In addition, a high performer will earn a large % bonus. There can be flexibility to work a 3/4 day office role.
