Giving welcome call to new policy holders. Introduce yourself to the policy holders. Welcome them to the services by giving them all information about the policy. Ensure Customer service excellence by displaying complete bonus to the customers query/problems Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy Nil Defects (% adherence to product and process)
