The Overall Mission

Your mission is to speak with warm, inbound leads interested in dental implants, build rapport, and confidently book them into trusted dental clinics across Australia.
You’ll be the bridge between curiosity and confidence — helping clients take the first step toward transforming their smile and confidence.
What You’ll Do
Quickly call and qualify inbound leads generated by Bold’s marketing campaigns.
Have real, human conversations that go beyond surface questions — understand what matters most to each person.
Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to uncover fears, motivations, and goals.
Build trust through genuine connection, not pressure.
Follow up with prospects via phone and Loom videos.
Book qualified appointments with partner dental clinics.
Hit daily conversion targets while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
