Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Online Educator. The Online Educator will conduct interactive and impactful online classes, create lesson plans, and provide feedback to students. Daily tasks include engaging students in various subjects, tracking their progress, and personalizing lessons to meet individual learning needs. Effective communication with parents and guardians about student progress is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications:
• Experience in teaching and creating lesson plans
• Proficiency in conducting interactive online classes and using digital tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate young learners
• Patience and adaptability to tailor lessons to different learning paces
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field preferred
• Experience in EdTech or online education platforms is a plus
